Purpose of Role

We are seeking Dream Team Members to deliver high levels of customer service to our Hotel guests. 
 

This role is a multi-skilled role which will involve working in the Shoreline Hotel's Restaurant aswell as Housekeeping on intake days. 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

· Excellent Communication Skills
· Be able to demonstrate fantastic customer service skills
· Be able to demonstrate a flexible and organised approach
· Be an excellent timekeeper and be committed to the delivery of the product
· Be an enthusiastic team player and possess a good sense of humour
· Be able to follow good working practices
· Work well under their own initiative 

These roles require a team player, who performs well under pressure while ensuring the success of our products whilst understanding the needs of our guests.
