- Purpose of Role
To liaise with the Resort Safety Manager to ensure a safe, secure environment for our guests and team.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES- To ensure a high standard of Guest/Team care is delivered across the resort
- To work with the Resort Safety Manager/Team Leaders to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
- To work with the Resort Safety Manager/Team Leader to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
- To maintain effective monitoring and reporting systems including Team records
- Requirements
The Ideal Candidate will be:-
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- A Committed Team Player being both flexible, enthusiastic and have a strong work drive
- Be able to demonstrate fantastic customer service skills
- Be able to demonstrate a flexible and organised approach
- Be able to follow good working practices
- Hold an SIA Badge & Door Supervision (although training can be given)
- Hold a current First Aid At Work certification (although training can be given)
