Purpose of Role

 

As a cook within our guest catering team, your main responsibilities will be preparing breakfast and evening meals for up to 2,000 guests per shift and the preparation of food ensuring quality and standards are maintained.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:-

 

·         Basic Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of H.A.C.C.P

·         A track record of delivering superb guest service standards

·         A natural ability to relate to a wide range of people

·         An optimistic, enthusiastic outlook and attitude

·         Initiative and a sense of responsibility

·         Flexibility, empathy and commitment

·         Previous experience within a Hotel Kitchen is preferable
