Purpose of Role

We require flexible, proactive Team Members to work in one of our busy retail venues, & also assist in our accommodation department on changeover days.

“Shops Dream Team members” should provide exceptional customer service, whilst adhering to all company guidelines. Within our busy venues you will be giving our Guests a valued sales experience, whilst striving to maximise sales, targets and stock controls.

Each week, four days of your role will be working for “Shops” & the other two days, you will be assisting the accommodation department to clean & turnaround our apartments for the next guest intake.

Key responsibilities and duties include

• Cash handling
• Venue presentation and cleanliness
• Stock replenishment
• Conform to operating procedures, opening and closing procedures
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies
• Cleaning Guest accommodation.
 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

• Have good communication skills
• Be a committed Team Player including being flexible and enthusiastic
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Have a problem solving attitude
• Be confident to work on own initiative as necessary
