Hotshots & Cash Bingo Team Leader

Purpose of Role

 

An opportunity has arisen within the Leisure department for a successful candidate to be employed in the role of Team Leader. The position will include Hotshots Ten Pin Bowling Complex, Cash Bingo and Quasar Elite Laser arena. Experience within these areas is not essential as full training will be given.

Requirements

To improve our guest experience by assisting the Venue Manager to lead and develop the venue team, to deliver excellent sales, service and venue standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• To exceed the guests expectations by anticipating their needs.
• Completing and recording regular random till and safe checks.  Cashing up tills and recording till variances.
• To motivate the team and to lead by example, with a positive/problem solving attitude.
• To train the team to deliver excellent guest service while ensuring the venue and the team are well presented and meet customer needs at all times.
• To assist in all areas of stock including ordering, monitoring, and completing random spot checks/daily line checks.
• To have a clear understanding of our social responsibilities regarding the Liquor and Gaming licences, so as to assist in the training of the team, and to implement them into the venues
