A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Team Leader for Finnigans Fish & Chips, Rollover Hotdogs and Enjays Creparie
Main responsibilities:
Reporting directly to venue manager you contribute to the continuous development of the team by ensuring the delivery of exceptional service
Key areas of responsibility and accountability:
Hands on coach and mentor with exceptional motivational skills
Cash handling and control procedures
Maximise sales opportunities
Proactive management of hygiene
Health & Safety practices in accordance with company Policies and Procedures
An ability to set and maintain exceptional hygiene standard of customer service
Hands on individual with an eye for detail with a desire to maintain clean, tidy and safe environment
Requirements
Intermediate Food Hygiene and HACCP
Previous experience within hygiene audit process
An ability to communicate effectively within a multi retail environment
Experience of being in Team Leader role
A proven track record in maintaining a clean and safe environment
Will value and fully appreciate the importance of customer feedback to develop the business and opportunities
