Retail Catering Senior Team Leader

Purpose of Role

A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Team Leader for Finnigans Fish & Chips, Rollover Hotdogs and Enjays Creparie

 

Main responsibilities:

 

Reporting directly to venue manager you contribute to the continuous development of the team by ensuring the delivery of exceptional service

 

Key areas of responsibility and accountability:

 

• Hands on coach and mentor with exceptional motivational skills
  • Cash handling and control procedures
  • Maximise sales opportunities
• Proactive management of hygiene
  • Health & Safety practices in accordance with company Policies and Procedures
  • An ability to set and maintain exceptional hygiene standard of customer service
  • Hands on individual with an eye for detail with a desire to maintain clean, tidy and safe environment

Requirements

• Intermediate Food Hygiene and HACCP
• Previous experience within hygiene audit process
• An ability to communicate effectively within a multi retail environment
• Experience of being in Team Leader role
• A proven track record in maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Will value and fully appreciate the importance of customer feedback to develop the business and opportunities
