Bowling Team Member

Purpose of Role

We require a flexible proactive team member to work in our ten pin bowling venue based in our busy sports bar on Resort. Excelling in customer service and exceeding our guests expectations.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Taking bookings
• Cash handling
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bowling reception area
• Administration duties
• Stock control
• Complying with health and safety procedures
• Adhering to opening/closing procedures
 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should
• Have good communication skills
• Be a committed Team Player including being flexible and enthusiastic
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Have a problem solving attitude
• Be confident to work on own initiative as necessary
