We require a flexible Kitchen Team Leader to work in one of our busy venues. Working within the current Food and Beverage Team you will provide excellent customer service and exceed our guest’s expectations.
Key responsibilities and duties include
• Ensure the smooth day to day running of the Venue Kitchen
• Ensure a safe working environment by complying with current legislation with regards to Food Hygiene Regulations, COSHH and HACCP
• Ensure Food Safety Documentation is maintained as per the company Food Safety Policy
• Train and develop all Kitchen team to the required Venue standard
• Effectively control all areas of the Kitchen to achieve GP budget
• Regularly liaise with the Venue Manager to discuss and prioritise all areas of the business
Requirements

• Have experience in a similar environment
• Have good communication skills
• Be a committed Team Player including being flexible and enthusiastic
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Have a problem solving attitude
• Be confident to work on own initiative as necessary
