We want Butlin’s to be a place where everyone can be themselves at work, and this is something we take very seriously across the whole of the business.
 
We’re proud to have an Inclusion and Diversity Board, we call this our B Inclusive Board, which includes members of our Senior Leadership team and representatives from across our resorts and Hemel Central Support, who work together to build a Butlin’s which welcomes everyone, embraces differences, and truly cares for each other.
 
This group supports us to celebrate key events throughout the year, including Pride, International Women’s Day, and Black History Month. They help shape our I&D strategy covering everything from how we recruit team to training courses such as unconscious bias, we’re also proud of how the team have helped shape some of our recent policy launches including a new trans and non-binary inclusion policy and a new wellbeing policy.
